In this work we were asked to determine bottlenecks and crowding situations in the Campus of the University of Amsterdam. The architects ( KCAP – Kees Cristiaanse and Partners) needed to determine if certain locations would be overcrowded in the peak hours of the day after the construction of new facilities and student dormitories. For that we simulated the pedestrians and the cyclists that arrived from two different locations.
